Frequently Asked Questions
Most frequent questions and answers
What should I do if I can no longer come to the Congress?
We understand that plans can change. If you have registered for a day and find that you are no longer able to attend, please let us know so that the place can be given to someone else. You can do this by finding your registration on Eventbrite and clicking “request a refund” (see here for more info). Alternatively, if you have a colleague who would like to come in your place, you can change the details on your registration at any time.
Is there any charge for tickets?
It is free to attend the core daytime events but registration in advance is essential otherwise you may not be admitted on the day. There may be a charge for some of the other associated events during the daytime or evening across the four days.
How can I contact the organiser with any questions?
How many tickets can I book?
You can book a ticket for one day or multiple days of the Congress. The ticket(s) permit entry to the venue on the day. There may be optional breakout sessions on some days, which you will be able to sign-up to on the day, on a first-come-first-served basis.
You may book one ticket per person per day only. If your colleagues would like to attend then please ask them to book a ticket separately.
Please note that the events will be overbooked to allow for unforeseen cancellations on the day. Entry will be permitted on a first-come-first-served basis.
There are some additional events on the day or evening which are by invitation only.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
There’s no need to print your ticket. If you have registered a ticket on this site then your name will be on our list at the door. In the interests of environmental sustainability, we would encourage you to keep an electronic record of your ticket registration.
Ready to register?
Tickets for our 23rd Congress are FREE, but we have limited capacity at all venues. You also don’t have to attend all 4 days. You can register to attend just one or all of the Congress. We’d love to see you there!
